Korelasi Perilaku Caring dengan Stabilitas Psikologis Keluarga Pasien ICU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien di ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RSUD Kabupaten Mamuju. Menggunakan desain cross sectional, penelitian dilakukan terhadap 46 keluarga pasien yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Professional Caring Behavior untuk mengukur perilaku caring perawat dan Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 37,0% perawat menunjukkan perilaku caring baik, 32,6% cukup, dan 30,4% kurang. Tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien terdistribusi menjadi 34,8% tidak cemas, 21,7% cemas ringan, dan 43,5% cemas sedang. Analisis chi-square menghasilkan nilai p=0,000 (α=0,05), mengindikasikan adanya hubungan signifikan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya meningkatkan perilaku caring perawat untuk mengurangi kecemasan keluarga pasien ICU.
