Analisis Kebutuhan dan Tantangan Pelayanan Kesehatan Reproduksi untuk Komunitas LGBTQ+

Komunitas LGBTQ+ menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mengakses pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi yang berkualitas dan inklusif. Di Indonesia 7,5 juta dari 250 juta penduduk mengalami penyimpangan orientasi seksual atau disebut dengan LGBT. Data empiris mengenai kebutuhan dan tantangan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi untuk komunitas ini masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dan tantangan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi yang dihadapi komunitas LGBTQ+ di Sulawesi Selatan. Studi cross-sectional dilakukan pada tahun 2025 di empat kabupaten/kota di Sulawesi Selatan (Makassar, Bone, Gowa, dan Bulukumba) dengan melibatkan 100 responden komunitas LGBTQ+ yang dipilih melalui teknik snowball sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan wawancara mendalam, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan tematik. Sebanyak 78% responden melaporkan mengalami diskriminasi dalam pelayanan kesehatan, 65% menghindari mencari perawatan kesehatan reproduksi karena takut stigma, dan 82% menyatakan kurangnya pengetahuan tenaga medis tentang kebutuhan kesehatan LGBTQ+. Kebutuhan utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi layanan konseling sensitif gender (89%), skrining infeksi menular seksual yang komprehensif (76%), dan akses terhadap terapi hormon untuk transgender (45%). Komunitas LGBTQ+ di Sulawesi Selatan menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam mengakses pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi yang berkualitas. Diperlukan pelatihan tenaga medis, pengembangan kebijakan inklusif, dan peningkatan literasi kesehatan untuk memastikan hak kesehatan reproduksi komunitas LGBTQ+.
